RONA - 'Since I can remember, fashion has been my biggest obsession; it was my first love. My father worked in television so I grew up around celebrities and creative types. Representing talent was a career choice that happened very naturally for me.

I began my career as a model agent at Wilhelmina then Next Model Management, launching the careers of the biggest supermodels of the time including, Gia Carangi, Patti Hansen, Beverly Johnson and Cynthia Bailey. I then made the leap and transitioned to behind-the-scenes talent representation with my own agency, Rona Represents. Our focus is on fashion, beauty and celebrities and I’ve had the pleasure to work with people such as, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Pink Floyd, Ashley Greene, Jim Parsons and Celine Dion.

Matching clients with artists who are passionate about their work - be it photography, styling or manicuring - is my biggest motivation. I have a huge understanding of the creative process, both emotionally and technically, and I love to see the outcome of the creative collaboration. I take pride in representing people at the top of their game and my motto is: “You’re never as good as you’re booking, you’re only as good as your rebooking”.

I spend my down time with my two dogs, Lulu and Dino in my Upper East Side neighborhood.'


FLORENCE - Florence Spidalieri started her second career in 1999, when she was recruited by Wilhelmina Models International as a scout and a model agent. By 2007, she felt the need to expand her talent representation and began exploring the industry with a curiosity that led her to photographers. Florence began to study the technicalities of photo shoots and how all the components were put together. She began representing photographers on her own, which led to a greater creative and personal satisfaction, sending her career on a huge upswing.

In addition to working with photographers, Florence has worked with celebrities, Broadway actors and personalities, such as: Kate Winslet, Pittbull, Jason Mraz, Jacob Dylan and U.S Olympic swimmer Dara Tores. She has strong convictions and is a fierce representative for her talent. She believes nothing is impossible and is truly passionate about the photography industry.

With her positive and optimistic outlook, Florence hopes to learn and expand even more now that she is making her mark as part of the team at Rona Represents.
