The agency began in 1988, when Liz McKiver and Beverley Streeter were introduced by mutual friends in the fashion industry looking for management and representation. Streeters progressively built a reputation for attracting new talent and working on some of the most prestigious creative campaigns. In 1994, recognizing an opportunity to grow the agency Internationally, Liz and Beverley formed a partnership with Robin Jaffee and became the first London based agency to open a New York division.
