I’m Julia Kaskin, Senior Art Director, Creative Consultant and firm believer that the best work makes you feel something.

For over ten years, I’ve been building campaigns that don’t just look good, they leave an impression. I’ve worked with fashion, lifestyle and sports brands across Europe to create bold, emotional storytelling that cuts through the noise and actually connects.

My creative direction spans the full process, from early concepts to final execution across photo, video and every platform in between. I craft brand identities, build visual systems that hold together under pressure and design style guides that keep it all consistent and compelling.

I lead with vision and a strong sense of zeitgeist. Whether I’m mentoring a team, aligning stakeholders, or sourcing the right talent, I bring both strategy and intuition to the table. The details matter. The energy matters. The work has to move fast, but it also has to mean something.
