Andrea Pusch joined the Hamburg-based agency KNSK as Director of People & Culture at the beginning of September 2024. She brings more than ten years of professional experience in the field of people and culture. After studying business administration with a focus on human resources management at Trier University of Applied Sciences, she began her career in 2012 as a human resources manager at the agency Blumberry. In 2016, she moved to Freunde des Hauses in the same position, and in 2017 to Kolle Rebbe, now Accenture Song. There, she was promoted to Senior Manager of People & Culture in 2019.

At KNSK, Pusch will use her expertise to play a key role in talent development and the further development and strategic shaping of the agency's culture. She reports directly to the KNSK management team.
