Flourished amidst the sand of Sardinia’s beaches and ripened despite the feeble north-european sun, Ale (AIessandro) Corsini is a Berlin-based Italian filmmaker and director. Putting at use his academic and professional experience in the advertising, digitaI media and TV production fields, A.C., an eclectic spirit and an obstinate aesthete in his own right, combines an experimental approach to filmmaking with traditional cinematic conventions to produce creations with a flair and…a message.

SERVICE On one hand, the service Ale Corsini offers consists of producing, taking advantage of a carefully selected network of professionals, different kinds of audiovisual products and small communication campaigns (from conception to production, post-production and distribution). The gallery section of this website showcases a selection of these products. On the other, Ale Corsini is also available Europe-wide for freelance work as director, video-/cinematographer or editor.

DIGITAL PRODUCTION A.C. has worked with a variety of different digitaI cameras and formats but has recently enthusiastically embraced the HDSLR revolution. With what might look at first sight like a simple photo camera, it is now possible to get, with the right technical skills and equipment, a sharp, contrasty and amazingly rich digitaI image that, after a savvy post-production, achieves that typical film-look that, until a few years ago, was only reserved to cameras ten times more expensive.

DIGITAL COLLABORATION Driven by the idea that video is a collective artwork whose beauty and communicative power stem from a well-thought interplay among numerous creative aspects (acting, photography, editing, music to name as few), Ale Corsini is constantly seeking collaborators among people whose works show, beside great skills, a vision that is particularly suitable for a specific project. Fluently speaking four languages (ltalian, English, German, Spanish), being the manager of several video-related communities and owning his own online project management platform he’s capable of digging into the wealth of worldwide talent that the Web2.0 revolution has made available and turn into actual collaborations on the most complex collaborative projects.
