Glass Photographica is a partnership of three advertising creatives-turned-photographers. Whilst working in the same agency, Jadranko, John and Stef discovered they shared an intense interest in the photographic image, more specifically the landscape. Using skills both self-taught and developed from professional experience, the partnership has built a collection of images shot across the globe and decided to create Glass Photographica as a business. Now all three continue to travel and shoot diverse subjects to offer an unusual view of the world through their exclusive prints.

John Barton
John grew up surrounded by the natural beauty of Australia's picturesque west coast. Through his tertiary studies in Fine Arts that led on to an Advanced Diploma in Design, John discovered his passion for photography and subsequently, the perfect way to capture the emotion and the beauty of that which he saw around him in his everyday life.

Stef Langton
Photography has long played an integral part of Stef's 17 year career as an advertising art director. Watching and learning from the professional photographers he works closely with gave Stef a strong foundation to begin shooting his own images. This, combined with his advanced editing skills and an addiction to travel, means he now has the ability to shoot a wide range of images, including landscapes, architecture, portraiture and commercial photography. Shooting for Glass Photographica means Stef now induges in what he loves most - photography and travel.

Jadranko Silic
Born in Zagreb, Croatia Jadranko migrated to Perth, Australia with his family at the age of four. Given his first SLR camera at the age of 10, and being technically minded, Jadranko became fascinated in the science of photography and the balance of light and time. Later Jadranko earned a degree in Creative Advertising including elective units in scientific photography and photography. Over four years' experience as an advertising art director furthered Jadranko's technical and composition skills in photography. He has since developed a love of landscape photography, especially enjoying shooting in Western Australia and Dalmatia in Croatia.
