Ben Cole is Head of Art Buying at VCCP, where he has worked since it started up in 2002. At VCCP, he helped launch O2 and has worked on almost every campaign since. Prior to that Ben was at HHCL, working on all accounts including Guinness, Tango and Pot Noodle. Ben has been in advertising for 29 years, was born in London and now lives in North London with his wife Tessa and their three children Mo, Olive and Walter.

So what does VCCP actually do? "We describe ourselves as Transformation Partners. Put simply we exist to transform the fortunes of our clients. Success in our book is helping O2 move from 4th to 1st in market share 36 months after launch or helping easyJet’s share price fly from £4 to £14 in 24 months.
