Diego Alborghetti, of Italian origin, was born in Zürich 1972, where he grew up bilingual. After a degree in economics he decided to pursue photography as a career. He first started off as a studio assistant at Superstudio Milan and Pin up Studios Paris, where he had the possibility to work for, and learn from many world renowned fashion photographers, like Steven Klein, Paolo Roversi, and even Helmut Newton - to name just a few. He then went on to assist Miles Aldrige and soon started his own photography career in Paris shooting fashion, beauty and advertising.

Today he is based between Paris and Zürich and works as a fashion, beauty, portrait and advertising photographer, collaborating with a series of national and internationally based lifestyle magazines and advertising agencies.

Speaking fluently English, French, Italian and German, make him a good communicator between the client, the agency and the crew on his sets. His wide knowledge in fashion photography as well as classic advertising, and his long experience on many different international photo-sets, make him a perfect allrounder and a good technician, who feels at ease with any simple or challenging assignment.
