Fred & Farid worked in six agencies in France, then BBH London, then Goodby, Silverstein & Partners USA. Back in Paris they launched Marcel for Publicis. In 2007 they launched their own independent company, making the largest growth in France in the last 5 years. They are co-founder, CEO, executive creative director of Fred & Farid Group Paris and Shanghai: 2 integrated agencies (Fred & Farid Paris-Shanghai, Hello Sunshine), 1 digital agency (Kids Love Jetlag) and 1 media company in join venture with Havas Media (Fred & Farid Media). The group has 300 employees.
Overall, in their career, Fred & Farid have worked for over a 150 brands, and have won more than 200 international creative and marketing effectiveness awards in the most prestigious international festivals: Cannes Lions Festival, D&AD, Clio, FWA, Lovie Awards, Webby Awards, London International Awards, British TV Awards, Andy Awards, New York Festival, Eurobest, Creative Circle, Epica, World Luxury Awards. Fred & Farid were also members of major juries like the Cannes Lions Festival or the D&AD.
